It is located on the top four floors of the Regent with amazing views over Sandton seeing as far as the Magaliesburg on a clear day. This apartment has three bedrooms all en suite on the 9th floor, the living area - kitchen, lounge and dining room is on the 10th floor, the 11th floor has a state of the art entertainment area with an private bar all leading onto a pool deck with your own plunge pool.

The 12th floor is an open plan main bedroom with a bar/tea and coffee area, a personal lounge, an opulent bathroom with a double shower and more breath taking views leading off a large separate dressing room.

The suites are accessed via private lifts directly into the entrance lobby of the apartment.
